Sub-rule (3) of rule 9 or rule 16 or 20, if the name of a person whose name is included in the voter list published in accordance with the Act and these rules cannot be included in accordance with the Act and these rules, the relevant village development committee of the same constituency or any voter of the respective ward of the municipality shall state the reason in the opening program. Within the period, in the format as per Schedule-7, sub-rule (3) of rule 9 and rule 16, in the case of the name in the voter list published in accordance with rule 16, the application can be submitted before the assistant name registration officer and in the case of the name in the voter list published in accordance with rule 20, before the chief name registration officer.
